RTU GE D400 SGConfig Legacy Project Using Newest MCP Studio
The problem was that SGConfig Software is obsolete and can only run within the Windows 7 Operating system. 


This project which I think will not be possible to revive the Legacy RTU D400 from SGConfig Software. Then, Kak Ucup told me from the manual that this is possible to do, then we tried. 
Here is how to install SGConfig for D400 on your computer. 


Here is how to get the work done with MCP Studio Software:
  1. Create a new project using MCP Studio Software
  2. Create New D400 Device Template within the project
  3. Then filled up the IP on the template as the Existing RTU D400 Device
  4. Latest, Sync From Device
  5. Finish
